Where: Online with Zoom from the comfort of your own home
Synopsis: This online retreat will be focused on deepening your mindfulness practice and self-care. Guided meditation, mindful movement and optional sharing form the foundation of our days together. The teachings will have a strong focus on the integration of mindfulness into daily life.
The retreat will utilize the Zoom video conferencing platform, from the comfort of your own home. The format will support those wishing to practise formally in a sustained way throughout the days as well as those wish to attend the scheduled group sessions while needing to be engaged with daily life at home. All sessions will be recorded and made available to participants in case you have to miss a session or are joining from another time zone. Note that the first session on Thursday, September 3rd from 9-11 am Pacific Time is considered mandatory.
Language of retreat: English and Swedish.
