Before you register, please read the course descriptions in “Courses” in order to decide which course is best for you. If in doubt, please contact Tom.
In order to benefit from the MBCT and MBSR programs, you are asked to set aside up to 60 minutes for daily practice, which include formal meditation practices and daily mindfulness activities. For the MAPs courses, you are asked to set aside up to 30 minutes for daily practice. Although not mandatory, you are strongly encouraged to participate in group discussions during class.
If you are interested in the MBCT or MBSR courses, you are asked to contact Tom for intake before registering for either course, and will be required to complete and submit a MBCT/MBSR Intake Form.
If you are expecting to miss 2 or more classes, it would be advisable to wait until the next series to register. Once you register, please read carefully, complete and sign the Informed Consent Form and bring to your first class.
